Transformation

Lights and shadows continually vary within architecture. White does not signify absolute void, just as black does not represent substantial existence.

Through photography, the architecture is deconstructed and then reassembled into a graphic representation. The collages of visual elements are subsequently dismantled and rearranged into a new three-dimensional structure. It is analogous to a book with narratives of mental phenomena. Both the exterior and the interior convey subtle sentiments of being besieged and struggling to find a way out.

Phenomena occurring within the microcosm present all the possibilities through various energy vibrations, yet they do not truly exist until they are measured and interpreted by observers’ perspectives. Black does not represent substantial existence, white does not signify absolute void; reality and fantasy coexist synchronously.

The structure of the artwork implies not only confinement but also containment, indicating a sense of predicament and inclusion.
